Research Of County Territory Circulation Agricultural Based On Ecology Industry Chain

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, agriculture's sustainable development is also the basis of social, economic and sustainable development of environment, as well as the implementation of people-oriented and take the "green" road of development , at the same time it is the way of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society , which will help solve Chinese issues on facing at a new stage the problems of resources and environment .How to promote ecology and the economy, the society, environment coordinated development in the county territory is the key of achieving agriculture sustainable development. The cycle agriculture is the core of the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development of agriculture , is closely related to the entire socio-economic sustainable development, therefore, to develop the cycle agriculture, building a circle of local characteristics of the agricultural model is a piece of the most practical and effective response strategy.On the basis of full understanding domestic and foreign cycle agricultural development history, research development as well as the trend of development foundation, this article discussed the correlated theories of cycle agriculture,such as cycle agriculture theory, the county territory economic theory, eco-industrial chain theory, which formed the research work's important theoretical basis.we select 30 ecological agriculture manors,such as green abundant village in the Fengshan town, the Huashan ecology village in Jidian town, Tangligui ecology village in the Zhouxiang town, Tainong and Yanqiao ecology industry villages in the zhougang town, Wu,Xishan ecology villages in the Wangdian town ,Longze,Chu Tianlu ecology villages in the Huaxi town ,as the main object of investigation and study analysis on the spot. Through analysising the general characters, the individuality and the existing questions of the planning and construction of these farms , following the ecology industry chain framework, unifing the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis , using Systems dynamics method and Vensim the PLE software, We carry on the overall analysis, discussion and simulation to the ecological agriculture manor construction and the implementation, predict the ecological agriculture manor's development in the future. Through the comparative analysis of the results of three plan simulations ,we may see at present that we choose to develop the ecology village, extend ecology industry chain,which may be the Xiaochang County's development direction. the result indicated that if we do not carry on the circulation agriculture construction vigorously, the Xiaochang County ecological environment will not present the balanced development under the condition of the nature development or only pursuing economic growth.Finally the paper proposed policy suggestions of interaction coordinated development of the economical, social, the environment which interacted with Xiaochang County ecology in the future.
