Information Service In Rural Areas Of Hebei Province

The inner beauty of "socialistic new countryside in China" is that, developed production, well-off life, civilized local customs, clean village appearance, democratic administration. Building a new socialist countryside can not be separated from the"Agriculture,Countryside and Farmer" issues'carry out. The information construction in rural areas for the construction of new socialist countryside provides an important ways and conditions. Information services in rural areas is the core content of the information construction in rural areas. To improve the quality of the information services in rural areas is very important.Hebei is a major agricultural province.Recent years, important changes in Hebei provience agricultural and rural ecnomy indicated that Hebei provience's agricultural development had come into the new stage,in which to adjust agricultural structure,to raise agricultural benefits and farmer's incomes,to improve rural environmrnt,implement sustainable agricultural and rural development are leading tasks.In this new stage,farmers'information needs also change so that how to deliver agricultural science and technology information to farmers according to their demands and wants and also according to own needs of agricultural economic development is an urgent problem that should be solved immediately.And,not only in the part of agriculture,but also in the rual areas'daily life.To meet the farmers'requirements of information in daily life is a urgent problems to be solved too.In this paper,the theory of information services and the theory of supply and demand are the basis of this study. Studied the supply and the demand of the information services in rural areas of Hebei Province,and then,raised the problems.In this part, the author conducted a survey and interviewed a number of farmers. Combined with the previous survey of information needs in rural areas, carry out an analysis of the current information needs of Hebei rural areas. Comprehensive the supply side and demand-side problems in information services in rural areas of Hebei Province, analysis of the contradiction between its, put forward a personal view of rural information services countermeasures in Hebei provience,that is,to increase the government's awareness of information services in rural areas,to enhance the level of the information manegement of the supply side of information services in rural areas,to guide the information users in rural areas and to improve the quality of information supply in rural areas.
