Real estate,as the basis and leading industry of the national economy, plays an important role in the development of the national economy. Since China's implementation of housing reform in 1988, urban real estate market has sustained to develop rapidly, it has become one of the pillar industries of China's economy and promoted a number of other industries. However, the relationship between regional real estate industry and regional economic development has not been seriously explored with adequate argument.The particularity of the real estate industry made it a hign focued industry. The paper started from the basic economic theory to explain the theoretical basis of the real estate market, analyze the structure and onditions of China's real estate market between 2002 and 2007.Then, analysed the development process of China's real estate market since 2002 through a large number of real data, and made a preliminary analysis of the effectiveness of national macro-control policies, demonstrated that the regional real estate industry and regional economic development has been related in a high degree.The last part made the policy suggestion of promoting regional real estate and regional economic to develop coordinatedly. In particular, through analysing the investment impact of domestic financial institutions loan to the real estate industry, the paper derived the impact of macro-control monetary policies on real estate investment and thus on the real estate market, showed the limitations of monetary policy, which is the innovation of the paper.
