The Study On Financing Obstacles Of SMEs In Weifang

In China, SMEs are troubled by the lack of capitals since the day of birth, due to historical and institutional reasons, as well as their own limitations, and the low efficiency of financing channels makes this problem more severe. Especially under the current conditions, the financial crisis influences the real economy,that makes it more difficult for SMEs-financing.Based on the actuality of Weifang and current economic situation, we analyze the financing problem of SMEs in Weifang, and try to come up effective solutions. The researches in this paper include:Firstly, it introduces the domestic and foreign financing researches of SMEs, summarizes them, and makes a brief review.Secondly, it simply defines the concept of SME and studies the development of SMEs in Weifang. It analyzes the function and important economic status of SMEs in Weifang, points out the problems, and among them, the financing problem is the biggest bottleneck of SMEs in Weifang. It analyses the status quo of SMEs financing in Weifang. According to the analysis of the internal-source financing channel, and external-source financing channel, the key problems of SMEs financing are pointed out.Thirdly, it introduces the available experiences of other regions or countries. The experiences of United States, Japan, Shanghai and Zhejiang prove that it is necessary to establish a effective financial support and credit guarantee system.Fourthly, it puts forward a solution of SME financing in Weifang. Under the current conditions, the government, banks and SMEs need to work together, strengthen the financing support, innovate financing ways and improve SMEs' self-construction.
