Development Of Measuring Management System

Quality is the eternal pursuit of enterprise and measurement is an important technical basis. Measurement runs through the whole process of quality assurance. Whether the quality is leading depends on the level of new materials, processes, technologies and equipment applications. The final quality result of each product depends on the quality control in production process. Accurate and reliable measurement and data ensure effective guarantee and proof. A modern enterprise requires modern measurement test, high Automatization Management level and perfect system.This paper fixes evaluation guidelines of inspectors and weight coefficient of each index with AHP in order to dynamic evaluation and identify and improve the basis for inspectors training programs of enterprise.This paper also proposes a code plan of measuring instruments and a detail construction.The Software system achieves some functions such as management of inspectors, autocoding and daily account management of measuring equipment, expectancy and overtime alarm functions of measuring instruments test.The measuring management system software which is developed in the paper can provide accurate and reliable dynamic data for inspectors. It can reduce labor intensity and improve working efficiency through the database design and application software development. At the same time it is convenient for leader to grasp macro situation of every aspects and make reasonable decision and macro-control.
