Research On Production Control And Quality Control Of Data Entry Business

With the rapid development of BPO, the original extensive growth mode cannever meet the outsourcing vendors' needs of competition. The analysis of outsourcingvendors' business process and the research of their production control and qualitycontrol can improve the management level of outsourcing vendors, thus to improvetheir Core Competence. As one of the most representative business of BPO, theresearch of production control and quality control of data entry business can not onlyprovide a theoretical preparation for other businesses of BPO, but also provideguidance for the management of data entry enterprises, with theoretical and practicalsignificance.Firstly, based on the summary of the main process and characteristics of dataentry business process, this paper has established a value chain-oriented analysisframework of the data entry business to provide basis for the study of its productioncontrol and quality control.Then, a Real-time production planning model was established from thequantitative point of view, and it was authenticated with Actual data of data entryenterprises. Based on this model, the implementation process of data entry business'sreal-time production plan was proposed. From the qualitative point of view, factorswhich should be monitored for the production process control of data entry businesswas determined, based on which the model of production process control wasestablished to ensure the implementation of production plans.At last, a multi-incentive-punishment model of data entry business's qualitycontrol was established based on principal-agent theory from the quantitative point ofview. This model can effectively motivate relative departments to improve theiraccuracy, which can help improving the enterprise's quality of production. From thequalitative point of view, with the introduction of the concept of virtual managementteam and implementation asset base of quality control, quality control implementationmodel of data entry business's quality control based on process improving wasestablished.
