The product quality plays a key role to share market accordingly, so how to improve quality receives increasing attention by many enterprises. Process quality which keeps the products manufactured steadily is the most important section of quality formation during manufacturing process. Therefore, quality analysis and control are important means to realize the preventive principle and keep the stable production for enterprise. A new methodology for analyzing and controlling process quality in yaw drive manufacturing enterprises is studied, the standardization of process and the overall scheme are set up, which is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China under Grant No.F030207&No.2012BAA01B00using the characteristic state space method. According to the production processes and the production data of the wind power enterprise, a number of content studies such as quality data collection, the statistical analysis, monitoring, fault diagnosis and improvement were provided to reveal the feasibility and validity of the scheme. Then the information system of quality analysis and control is developed and implemented.First, the necessity of implementing process quality analysis and control is brought forward by analyzing the current problems of production and quality management of the enterprise. The standardization of process and the overall scheme which based on Mechanical Manufacturing Enterprises process quality control and analysis are set up. According to the characteristics of the drive’s production process, the quality characteristics of quality inspection are set up and the sampling plan is designed, the application process of statistical process control and quality fluctuation diagnosis is brought forward, the parameters of process quality control is designed, the fault source is analyzed, and then process quality analysis and control method is studied. The preliminary application study of the quality-oriented statistical process control approach is realized.Second, with the support of the process quality analysis and control the overall scheme, the quality data of the planet round is collected and sampled. In the process quality analyzing, the state of production process is judged by X-R control chart, the abnormal fluctuations condition situation and reasons are analyzed, process ability are judged by histogram, statistical distribution and process ability index, the key process is determined by analyzing the multi-process capability index and quality. In the process quality monitoring, the production process is closed-loop feedback monitoring by X-R and EWMA control chart which monitoring average and range, meanwhile the quality fluctuation is diagnosing and the improvement measures is brought forward for quality analyzing and monitoring.Finally, a quality analysis and control system is designed and developed using the proposed process quality analysis and control scheme, based on present situation in the information management system of the wind power enterprise. As design platforms, SQL2000and Visual Studio2008are used to develop the system. The quality data are collected and analyzed, the production processes are estimated and monitored, several typical quality fluctuations are diagnosed and improved by means of the quality analysis and control system, then the practice of software is shown by implementation and application.
