Due to the complexity of supply chain network, unstable factors in the external environment and ignorance of the risk management, now supply chain is likely to be disrupted by various risks, such as demand risk, product suspend risk and so on. Some enterprises offer the customized productions in short lead time, and we call them OKP enterprises. Because the market environment they faced is more complex, so risks management is extreme important when it comes to such enterprises. Urgent orders is general among all the risk factors.It is important for OKP enterprises to maximize their profits by the optimal strategy made when disrupted by the urgent orders. On the basis of the study before, two points are discussed in this thesis.Firstly, under the deterministic demand, on condition that OKP enterprises have normal supplier and emergent supplier., and purchase the critical part from the normal supplier at the beginning of sales period. During the normal product period, the original order quantity and actual order quantity differ due to the disruptions in the market environment. When the actual orders are more than original order quantity, then urgent orders happens. If OKP enterprises accept the urgent orders, because the normal supplier can not meet the purchase requirement due to the urgent lead time, so they should purchase the critical parts from the emergent supplier, and the purchase cost is higher. We discuss the conditions to accept the urgent orders under such situation., and conclude that OKP enterprises will not accept the urgent orders when it exceed the certain quantity point.Secondly, under the random demand, we analyze the optimal order strategy of OKP enterprises respectively if there exist the emergent supplier or not. Then we discuss the influence of the different indexes in the model. And how the existence of the urgent supplier affects the order quantity and profit of OKP enterprises is analyzed. We conclude that the optimal order quantity will be smaller when there exist the emergent supplier, and OKP enterprises can achieve higher profit. Numerical analysis is also offered at last.We expect the thesis may have both theoretical and practical significance for OKP enterprises.
