The paper has an empirical study on tourism consumption behavior of teachers in Qinhuangdao city's universities. First of all, basis on related theory of information collection, analysis and selection, through the design of survey questionnaires, on-site survey to collect first-hand data and information, and then use software EXCEL to analysis the obtained data, and studied on travel motivation, travel attitude, travel preferences and decision-making of Teachers in Qinhuangdao City's Universities.The paper consists of seven chapters.Chapter1: through reviewed a large number of references,summarized studies on domestic and foreign tourism consumer behavior,Fully understood the domestic and foreign tourists on behavior research, basis on this, found the issue to research on this paper, introduced the significance of the research, research idea, research contents, research methods as well as research data collection and processing.Chapter2: Expounded the connotation of consumption, and consumer behavior, tourism consumption, consumption of tourists, travel motivation, travel attitude, travel preferences, discussed the behavior of consumers and travel-related theory.Chapter3: studied on travel motivation of teachers in university, used the push-pull theory to analysis the different travel motivation of college teachers from different gender, age.Chapter4: studied on the preference of travel activities,travel time,travel transportation,travel ways of college teachers, and analysis the difference of preference of travel activities from different professional backgrounds, gender, age, title, income and family status.Chapter5: Used Likert scale to study travel attitude of college teachers, and analysis the difference of travel attitude from different professional backgrounds, gender, age, title, income and family status.Chapter6: studied on tourism decision-making behavior of college teachers and analysis the difference of College teachers travel information sources and impact of the travel factor from different professional backgrounds, gender, age, title, income and family status.Chapter7: summarizes the main Points of the paper, pointed out the innovation and study shortcomings, and predicted the direction of future researcher on this subject.
