All over the world Turbulent wave of mergers and acquisitions lasted more than 100 years. every time the huge scale, but more and more internationalized. Since the 80'slast century, Our country have rised the mergers and acquisitions. The wave is still in full swing in the third. But all over the world, we found that the success of M & A Record is disheartening. The U.S. "Business Week" studies the results that shows almost 75% of the mergers and acquisitions are a total failure. M & A results ofour country is also not optimistic, according to incomplete statistics. The success rate is quite low, in view of this situation.This article attempts to identify the issues affecting factors ofthe low success rate of business. From some different angles we trying to find possible companies improving the effectiveness ofexpost solutions.In this paper, we want to combine normative and empirical approach, attempting to identify the issues affecting businesses such a high rate of failure of M & A factors. Identify improses after the economic effects of mergers and acquisitions approach. Article happened in 2002 as a sample, Mergers and acquisitions around the world basing performance theory and basic research, such as happened in 2002 on the case of mergers and acquisitions of listed companies a longer period of time before and after mergers and acquisitions. Then we use SPSS 13.0 data-processing system software on a matter of company mergers and acquisitions happening eight financial indicators of factor analysis. Building performance evaluation of M & A General scoring model, we want to draw every company's General scoring.And want to test the performance of M & A before and after the Change.I believe that in order to chang the operation of enterprises we have a better ex post economic effects. We must first formulate a set of effective integration of programs, including mergers and acquisitions which may be involved in all aspects such as cultural integration.Human resources integration, etc., and coupled with strong execution.These areas are indispensable, otherwise the impact of possible effects of mergers and acquisitions.
