The Research On Factors That Influence The Growth Of Chinese SMES

SMEs play an important role in expanding employment, flourishing market, promoting economic development and maintaining social stability. As Chinese economic development, the role of SMEs will become more prominent, both government in recent years made a series of policies for SMEs ,or scholars heat studies for SMEs have illustrated china gradually paid more attention on SMEs growth.In many SMEs researching literatures ,the growth of SMEs accounts for most part in which SMEs growth factors study is a major direction .By studying the SMEs growth influencing factors ,we can know the development state and living condition of SMEs in china .Only full understanding of the enterprise's development and survival environment ,we can make right decisions for future business growth , that SMEs can keep health stable and sustained trend to grow and play more important role in nation economic construction .The thesis summed up the growth of SMEs in relevant research about home and aboard, pointed out the growth of SMEs have been affected by the overall system which was consisted the enterprise's internal and external determinants in the final analysis. First, SMEs and growth were described in an overview of the theory of the growth of SMEs at home and abroad. Second, on the basis of studies from domestic and foreign scholars, theoretical discussed factors affecting the growth of SMEs. Then, take China's listed companies in Shenzhen small and medium plates as empirical research samples, established the evaluation index system of SME board which reflected the growth; as for the growth indicators, using statistical analysis methods to construct its growth factor and interpreted them, analyzed relationship between the growth factor and integrated growth through multiple regression; Based on total factors scores ,the companies were divided into two categories: high growth, low growth companies, test two types of the company's empirical Conclusion by the comparative analysis. Finally, made some suggestions based on the findings of SMEs growth.
