Taiwan Farmers Pioneering Zone In Zhangpu Industrialization Of Flowers Industry Business Model Research

Taiwan farmers pioneering zone in Zhangpu located in the east of Zhangzhou city is a flower economy planting zone in fujian province, with a regional advantage. For under the perennial influence of maritime monsoon climate, the zone has unique natural climatic resources. The cultivation of flower industry will make a profound contribution to local agricultural structure adjustment, the achievement of income increase for local farmers and to Ming-Tai ( fujian– Taiwan) agricultural cooperation .Guided by such economical theories as institutional change theory , market mechanism theory and interest group theory , the paper introduces the status quo of the pioneering zone , analyzes inner interest–distribution mechanism and such industrialized management modes as"corporation +basement + farmers","specialized market + farmers","specialized association and farmers","leading industry and farmers"and"corporation + association+ basement + farmers", and then the paper makes an effort to put forward the measures for the future development of the zone in Zhanpu .The writer believes that the following factors serve as the main obstacles to the industrialized development of the pioneering zone: low level of industrialization, the lagging management modes, short industry chain, inefficiency of product reprocessing, low additional values of products and low systemization. To achieve sustainable development of industrialization of the zone , the writer holds , the following approaches can be adopted : to make full use of regional advantage with Taiwan and establish the platform for cooperation and communication ; consolidate the functions of government and enhance the guidance of policies ; to invigorate the flower industry through science and technology and increase the competence of flowers ; to better market system and accelerate industrialization of flower ; to cultivate production–and- sale organization and promote the upgrading of flower industry ; to improve service system and promote communication and cooperation between industries . They will contribute a lot to the industrialization of Taiwan farmers pioneering zone in Zhangpu.
