Real estate market faces more pressure and challenge after financial crisis. Stock market depressed, banking credit was crunched, sales declined, inventories were high, the economy fell. As we know the real estate industry is highly dependent on bank loans and capital market, all these made the real estate industry facing unprecedented financial pressures. So it is critical for the development of real estate industry (capital-intensive industries) to have sufficient funds. We can not help but reflect on:is there a serious problem in China's real estate chain management under the financial crisis, and how we should do?This paper conducted a study on this issue, from funding sources, the use of funds, capital return three important stage, analyzed China's real estate enterprise funds management and operation of the chain under the financial crisis. And also the article pointed out the problems in fund-chain management both from the macro and the micro.
