| Enterprises established by colleges and universities are products under certain historical circumstances in China. The enterprises not only promote the effective transfer of high-effective technology and the upgrading of industrial structures in China , but also solve the fund problem obsessing the development of colleges and universities during the long term. However, colleges and universities are different from enterprises and have special functions and responsibilities due to the different fileds from enterprises. Therefore, after a period of time,various development problems occur in most of the enterprises established by colleges and universities, and the problems seriously restrict the development of enterprises.As one of the modes of technological transfer in colleges and universities, spin-off enterprises not only solve the development systems of enterprises effectively but also makes colleges and universities get rid of risk of bearing boundless responsibilities. The thesis is to draw a conclusion that colleges and universities should choose the modes of technological transfer according to technological characteristics, the function of service provided for society by colleges and universities, the cost of technological transfer and environmental factors by comparatively analysing the modes of technological alienation, corporation and participation, and the modes of spin-off enterprises. The thesis mainly analyses spin-off time for the new high-tech enterprises of colleges and universities by using effective economic analyses, trading expenses and other theories in economics; in addition, the model of the spin-off time of enterprises is established by goal programming in operational research, and a conclusion is drawn that enterprises choose the time, modes and ways of spin-off according to different situations. |
