Analysis Of SMEs Spin-offs Based On Symbiosis Theory

Many biological populations in the nature gradually formed a fairly perfect and accurate system,owned a very economical and compact structure, use the materials efficiently, and even can create new energy during the long process of evolution. Similar with the evolution of biological population in the nature, enterprises in the industry clusters also experience a complexed evolution process, such as generation, development and symbiotic. The SMEs spin-offs as a means of formation and development of industrial cluster contains extremely rich content. SMEs fission spin-offs, SMEs incubation spin-offs and SMEs tiller spin-offs belong to different types of SMEs spin-offs. This paper studies one type of SMEs spin-offs named incubation spin-offs which based on some biology theory of symbiosis. Through the means of establishing mathematical models, from the micro perspective analyze and research incubation spin-offs mechanism systematically, proposed and analyzed the various types of SMEs incubation spin-offs. As the nature between sub-enterprise and parent enterprise, it can be divided into homogeneous incubation spin-offs and heterogeneous incubation spin-offs; as the number of parent enterprise, it can be divided into single SMEs spin-offs and multi-parent SMEs spin-offs. Based on the analysis of different types of incubation spin-offs talk above, using the concepts and doctrine of "symboisis theory", adopting the means of establishing mathematical models, this paper discussed enterprises parasitic, enterprises partial symbiosis, and enterprises symbiosis, three different phases of enterprises symbiosis. Based on the analysis talked above, we analysis the subjective motives and influencing factors of the economic behavior that parent-enterprises choose to derive son-enterprises. And the paper proved in the situation of enterprises symbiosis, the enterprise-system can generate new energy, called as "symbiotic energy". The so-called "symbiotic energy" comes from reducing market transaction costs and internal management costs, as well as technical information positive externalities, which can bring new profit growth point, and improve the overall competitiveness of the enterprise-system. In order to make this study more realistic and scientific, we take an investigation in Zhejiang fenshui industrial clusters. Based on the relevant information and data, we analysis many enterprises in small cases, and draw out a SMEs spin-offs map based on this industrial clusters. This analysis of SMEs spin-offs map is a historical summarization of the generate, develop and mature of zhejiang fenshui industrial clusters. And contains certain historical reference value. Through the theoretical researches, investigations, empirical verifications and other research methods, the analysis and conclusion of the paper become more scientific and perfect. And then can provide better enlightenment and suggestions to enterprises and the government.
