In recent years, as China's housing consumption continues to heat up, the real estate industry has gradually shown its important position of the entire national economy and China has explicitly identified the real estate industry as a pillar industry in national economic growth. The China's real estate industry develops rapidly and large capital is demanded, but the current market structure of China's real estate finance is not perfect, and the real estate financing channel for enterprises is so single and weak risk prevention. therefore, it is necessary to introduce sophisticated financial instruments abroad, while the Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) can meet this demand.Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) developed rapidly in the first 60 years in the 20th century in the United States, and it has a large scale after 40 years of development. In this process, real estate investment trusts (REITs) not only solves the problem of finance for the economic development of the U.S., but also provides more abundant species for the majority of investors. This paper first introduces the basic concepts and features of real-estate investment trusts, and then studies the development of the real estate investment trusts (REITs) with the current condition of our country.The first chapter "Introduction" describes the topic, the background, research topic and its significance, domestic and international research profile, and feasibility analysis of this article.The second chapter "Real Estate Investment Trusts Overview" describes the content, classification and characteristics of the real estate investment trusts (REITs).The third chapter "The study of legal and policy environment of China's Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)" first introduces the legal and policy environment in the U.S. and several Asian countries and regions, and then studies the current development of China's Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and provides suggestions on how to develop the legal and policy environment for the development of REITs in China with the international experiences.The fourth chapter "The study of market environment of development of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) in China" shows analysis of the development of our REITs market environment from the two aspects of supply and demand.The fifth chapter "The study of talent environment of development of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) in China" first analyzes the current situation and problems of the talent environment of REITs, and then provides suggestions on the construction of talent environment of REITs. The sixth chapter "Conclusion" summarizes this paper.
