Financial analysis is based on financial reporting data and other relevant information. Enterprises'state of solvency and ability to fund-raising activities, investment activities, business activities, distribute activities in the past and, now that have been evaluated by a series of special analytical techniques and methods. It provides accurate information or basis for investors, creditors, business operators and other concerned organizations or individuals to understand business information in the past, evaluation of business now and forecast its future to make the right decisions.Lianyungand Port Group financial analysis has been done in the paper. The main means is analysis of accounting statements and financial indicators and considering industry analysis and corporate strategic analysis. Business problems and propose solutions to those problems would be found by the industry index compare.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is briefly introduces the concept, content, significance and methods of financial analysis. Overview of the Port Group is introduced in ChapterⅡ. Then the port industry analysis and the Port Group's business strategy have been analyzed. The main content of this paper is from chapterⅢto chapterⅤ.The third chapter is the analysis of the accounting statements of the Port Group. The fourth chapter is a careful analysis of financial indicators and longitudinal comparison with historical indicators to assess the company's development trend.The fifth chapter is the port industry across comparison to identify the gap with industry leader, and found the business question. Finally the constructive suggestions have been proposed for financial analysis results.
