The Research On The Construction Of Science And Technology Service System In Shandong Province

The construction of science and technology innovation system has a great important significance for promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, changing the mode of economic development and advancing the comprehensive development of economy and society. Science and technology service system is an important part of science and technology innovation system, which can effectively promote the marketization and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. Therefore, accelerating the construction of scientific and technological service system is a strategic task.After years of development, science and technology service system has made great achievements, but there are still many problems about the imperfect laws and regulations, the low marketization and the poor competitive intermediaries, which is unable to meet the demand on science and technology services. After analyzing the current situation of science and technology service system in Shandong Province, the paper separates the importance of influence factors in this system, in order to provide a basis for scientific decision-making. At last, the paper gives a practical-building program.This study hopes to be able to provide advices for the construction of science and technology service system so as to improve the level of science and technology service and promote the economic development of Shandong Province.
