With the further development of economic globalization, modern enterprises are facing a much broader market and more intense competition, it urgently requires enterprises to improve management efficiency, and more flexible and better quality products business is made to adapt to changing market demands. Enterprise information construction is an important way to improve the management efficiency. In recent years, domestic enterprises have some effect in building corporate information system, but it is difficult to share information between various systems, different framework. There are more and more prominent heterogeneous problems, and how to integrate enterprise information resources to carry out a good plan for enhancing the enterprise information are the foundation issues for enterprise information building. Looking at the existing enterprise information planning methods, most of the planning results ultimately settled to a combination of different business-oriented system, but with the continuous development of the professional system, the system is often extend out of departure or beyond the original planning frameworks, the extension systems has created new obstacles which need to re-planning the information framework. In order to fundamentally solve this kind of problem, we must find a way for enterprise information system architecture design, implementation, and development of information, the whole process of planning model to ensure the objectives of consistent planning and the stability of planning framework.Service-Oriented Architecture is a new information system solution mode, which proposed service-oriented thinking beyond the past object-oriented architecture. This article will use SOA on enterprise information planning research, and look the service as the unit of the company's business and management processes to re-analysis, extraction, combination, and a basis for building enterprise information management framework.This paper is divided into six sections. The first part introduces the current status of the domestic enterprise information and major problems; it also describes the history of domestic and foreign enterprises planning development and the theory of information planning methods. This part analysis the lack of the previous planning method, and proposes a new enterprise information planning model based on SOA. The second part of the article introduces the concept of SOA infrastructure-related systems and technical specifications, as well as SOA architecture techniques. The third components establish SOA-based enterprise information planning model and apply this model in designing enterprise information planning progress and give a series of main steps. The fourth part of the article applies the SOA-based enterprise information planning methods to real business case. Part V is mainly described how to model business services into the enterprise to realize and integrate the service system, and proposed SOA-based enterprise information technology implementation plans. The last part of the thesis is the summary of the full text, this part also describes the future development prospects of SOA-based service planning model.The innovative point of the thesis is mainly reflected in a new perspective on the enterprise information planning to re-think and put forward a new enterprise information planning model which takes service as the unit of the enterprises deconstruction. The thesis also constructs more standardized, stable, good scalability enterprise information architecture, and gives a feasible implementation plan for architecture transformation, as well as lays a good foundation for the enterprise information the continuous development.
