At present, the enterprise informatization in China has a certain degree of development, but the company's information costs are still high. Facing the competitive market environment, enterprises need to get useful information more rapidly and accurately to support enterprise decision-making and improve operation management. It is important for them to optimize existing information systems and enhance enterprise information abilities.Starting with the constitution of the information systems, this paper gives a multi-analysis of enterprise information, information nodes, information paths, information processing, information platforms, and information mechanisms. Moreover, this paper analyzes the resource consumption of the information acquisition, transferring, processing, and using from the angle of information costs, and sum up the key problems of the high costs. These problems happen in the real background of initial development of informatization and closer co-operation among enterprises. To solve these problems, the paper applies organization theory, business process reengineering theory, synergy theory, and SOA to give optimizing strategies in various ways. In addition, the paper uses Luzhou Laojiao as a research object because of its informatization representativeness. Based on the intensive study of current state, the paper gives an information systems'optimization scheme for Luzhou Laojiao.Through the research of the paper, we hope to find some effective ways to reduce the enterprises information costs, and provide reference for enterprise information systems construction and information capacity enhancement.
