With the continuous development of Internet technology, E-commerce business practices are increasingly common. As a part of important business activities, negotiation is increasingly being valued by experts in computer science. As negotiation based on games theory and heuristic methods have shortcomings, in recent years, negotiation based on argument mechanism has gained considerable attention. We examine how the argument mechanism is applied to multilateral negotiation process. First, we analyze the characteristics and the related implement method of multilateral negotiation. At the same time, we also discuss the impact of argument mechanism to automatic negotiation system. Secondly, we describe the framework of multilateral negotiation system based on argument and then analyze the negotiation process. Argument mechanism makes negotiation between the negotiation parties that make proposals and counter-proposals become more complicate, because Agents not only send and receive proposals, but also arguments. How to quantify argument and combine it with credit mechanism is the focus of us. We firstly use fuzzy membership function to combine the authority of credit obtained by some kind of authority with the history credit obtained from the network of credit based on acquaintance set. And then we use the utility function to calculate various arguments quantified by the intensity of argument and use the credit rating system to combine a variety of arguments. Finally, we use Swarm to simulate the evaluation model and framework of multilateral negotiation based on the argument mechanism proposed by us, and analyze and evaluate the correspond results.
