Compared with foreign automobile companies in international market Beijing F automobile company is disadvantaged in the Russian market. Together with the world financial crisis in 2008 F Company's Russian market share dropped sharply. If Beijing F Company wants to open up the Russian market and to accelerate the pace of automobile exports, its primary task is to conduct careful analysis in-depth on the Russian market. It is of great significance for F automobile company's development.The author has done a survey analysis on the Russian auto market and auto industry, and has analyzed the F automobile company's development path in Russia. The author has proposed a strategy on how to improve brand competitiveness, how to better meet consumers'demand, how to improve the marketing network construction and after-sales service system, and raise marketing strategy for increasing automobile sales in Russia of F automobile company.Subject of this paper is to combine theory and practical work through study and understanding of five forces model. Through comprehensive analysis of Russian marketing environment in nature,economy,politics,and culture etc.,research on history and current situation of Russian automobile industry and market, combining Beijing F Automobile Group's own international business development strategies, absorbing valuable experience from international and domestic counterparts,and analyzing advantages and disadvantages of international operation of BAW Group, this paper put forward series of marketing strategies for Beijing F Automobile company's development in Russia market including the transferring strategy from opportunity export to strategic export, and from the general international trade to the automobile technology and capital export.
