With the accelerating process of global economic integration, the economic growth of China after opening up policy has been maintained at a high state, especially after 2001 when China joined WTO. More and more multinational companies want to enter Chinese market, but also needs to compete with the world foreign enterprises. This is an insurmountable problem of corporative strategy, to go abroad companies must first select a product marketing strategy and do great layout, because development is inseparable from the internal management of the implementation and can not be without a good product marketing program. Chinese enterprises need a good marketing strategy to support Chinese enterprises in the way of overseas development. Companies’ development is not easily obtained in China’s overseas development. Chinese enterprises in overseas development have obtained a certain degree of control. The final analysis is to formulate strategy and select the deviation, analysis of development strategy of Chinese companies globally; in particular the marketing strategy has become a rapid development in Chinese enterprise and embarks on a crushable journey.Huawei as China’s most successful company from the business development stage to the beginning of the products of independent research and development of products, from products development to become an agent of their own innovative high-tech company, in over 20 years of baptism has become one of the world’s best companies, but even with such results the company is still not satisfied, Huawei also needs to continue to maintain their goals, to achieve the world’s hundred years of long-cherished wish. Huawei studies the success of its success is nothing more than the market operations, has a good marketing strategy, to become their own core competencies to compete in the world stage. This project analyses the specific reasons of Huawei in Russian market, its strengths and weaknesses in order to be able to find a good marketing strategy to improve operational capability. Through the polygon analysis of Huawei’s opportunities and threats, the products of Huawei Company in Russia’s market can progress more smoothly and there is also a big possibility that Huawei Company can bring more good products to Russia market.
