Based on the XG hotel group interns of this unique group as the research object, In universities, students, hotel as related parties, from identity organization, organization commitment, organization colleagues altruistic behavior, using "organization program fair" theory and "interactive fair organization" theory will interact organizations, universities, the students from three aspects. Through questionnaire, literature study and semi-structured interview reading and behavioral event interview, using the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, mainly dependent variable, mainly set organizational justice intern jobs, age, and sex for the control variables. Through this new organizational citizenship behavior, careful analysis its organizational citizenship behavior, and the relationship between variables, discusses the particularity of its organizational citizenship behavior.This research shows that organization interactive fair and organizational citizenship behavior of "identity" and "colleagues altruistic" and "responsibility" significantly associated with three dimensions, Procedure justice and organizational citizenship behavior "identity organization", "the two colleagues altruistic" dimensions, but also significantly related procedure justice and organizational citizenship behavior "responsibility" the dimension of positive role not supported. In the hotel group interns XG organizational citizenship behavior of interactive fair in organizations interns organizational citizenship behavior influences that interactive fair is the key to act and the intern.This hotel management group interns XG through establishing the procedural justice, objective and accurate data of the performance evaluation system, Established in hotel interns perfect effective complaints and supervision system, Prompt service oriented hotel interns enterprise value. Establish supportive environment to work in hotel, hotel and establish long-term intern of social exchange, mutual relationship to improve the organizational justice, the hotel interns fully arouse their organizational citizenship behavior. To improve college students and hotel management, improve the practice of using efficiency, establish intern enterprise good significance has talent reserve.
