Now enterprise no longer weighs enterprise core competitiveness by the fixed asset and the technical equip achievement.What opposite is enterprise's enterprise culture is the enterprise development and even the base industry evergreen cornerstone,many major industries lean on the strong unique enterprise culture rapid seizes the market in international,so the similar enterprise not to be able to find the competition the breakthrough point,But the Chinese Enterprise has not been able to obtain the such value regarding enterprise culture,What opposite is in the Chinese Enterprise talented person's change,specially management's change the loss which creates to the enterprise huge, even is ruinous.There are enormous promotion effect of enterprise culture of organizes to the staff's loyalty. But regarding actually how impels,the way which impels is anything also rarely research,on the background,this research focusing enterprise culture's different level of the influence which to the staff pledged, and under the entrepreneurial spirit special characteristic's influence the influence to the staff pledged.In the main part,343 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed, using SPSS 11.5 as analysis tools to get such as reliability analysis,validity, factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The major findings indicate:(1)the enterprise material culture is the strongest promoting influence to the staff's organizes pledge;(2)the enterprise behavior culture is certain promoting influence to the staffs organizes pledge;(3) the enterprise system culture is negative function to the staffs organizes pledge;(4) the enterprise behavior culture is certain promoting influence to the staffs organizes pledge also;(5)under the entrepreneurial spirit special characteristic's influence enterprise culture's surface layer, the intermediate deck, the core level organizes the pledge to the staff to have the deeper promoter action。Based on the above research results,This research suggested that the enterprise related department people in charge and the enterprise leaders must strengthen the enterprise behavior culture the construction as well as the enterprise system culture construction and the consummation, Simultaneously pays great attention the spirit of enterprise special characteristic in the enterprise culture construction strong character. As a result of the time as well as the resources limit, the following researcher may attempt with other theory pattern, organizes in view of the enterprise culture to the staff to pledge that conducts further quantification influence researches.
