The Strategic Transformation For China's Economic Development Pattern

Since the 17th NPC, China has proposed a shift in pattern of economic development, has promoted the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and adheres to the new road of industrialization with Chinese characteristics. In particular, after the financial economic crisis, the shift of China's economic development pattern is facing new challenges and problems in the post-crisis era. Changes in the current mode of economic development became the focus of economic theory in the study of the problem. The process of China's economic development is the long-standing extensive way and economic efficiency is low. Only the expense of increased number is focused, the structural optimization problem is ignored. In particular, China is in transition, at an important stage of economic development, so it is particularly urgent and necessary to change the mode of economic development to achieve economic development strategic transformation. From the practical problems in the change of China's economic development, based on political economics and development economics theories, this paper does an in-depth analysis and comprehensive assessment of China's economic development ways so as to provide some theoretical support for the effective change of China's economic development modes.This article, under the post-crisis context, proposes the background and significance of the topic at first. Based on a comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research, this paper evaluates advantages and shortcomings of related theory of economic development mode at home and abroad. Secondly, with the method of the unity of history and logic, of the combining of qualitative and quantitative, of the statistical analysis, and of the system analysis, building the indicator system according to the analysis of the content of economic development mode change, this paper gives a comprehensive evaluation for China's economic development approach, and exports the basic state of China's economic development in post-crisis era. Thirdly, this paper puts forward four constraints, that is, technology, human resource levels, resources and environment, and economic structure existed in the change of the pattern of China's current economic development. Finally, based on the development economics theory, this article presents that during post-crisis era, guided by consumption, the change of China's economic development pattern should do the strategic transformation of industrial structure optimization and upgrading, the development strategies for economic transformation of their own innovation systems, the development strategies for economic transformation of all-round development of centered mode, and the development strategies for economic transformation of a low carbon economy as the objective mode. From both quantitative and qualitative aspects, this paper provides a theoretical reference to the strategic transformation of the change in China's economic development.
