Internal Control And Insurance Supervision

Internal Control, Risk management and Supervision are always aroused the attention by theorists and enterprise managers since they came into being, especially insurance company. Insurance company, as a risk operation company, meets the challenge from foreign countries after China entering into the WTO. Level of its internal control and risk management, of course, will be more important in company performing. According to analyzing china's system of insurance regulation and administration, this dissertation has discussed the merits and defect. On the base of analysis, this paper has continually researched the situation and relationship of China's corporate governance, risk management and supervision, and also extended some suggestions and advises of reforming and developing the construction of China's insurance regulation and administration.
