Research On Integration And Development For Jingbei Wholesale Markets Of Agricultural By-Product In Beijing

Beijing is a typical consumption-based metropolis for agricultural by-product. Agricultural by-product wholesale markets (APWM) play an important role in promoting the development of the capital economic and urban, and residents living. However, in current, the agricultural by-product markets in Beijing, which can be represented by the eight major APWM, are in uneven distribution, and imbalance between north and south, the firstly performance is that the markets scale is small, while scattered layout in the northern region, a Big-scale APWM is in serious vacancy in the northwest of Beijing. While, the Changping possessing two APWM, ShuiTun and HuiLongGuan markets, has the biggest opportunity that play a more important role in the future regional agricultural by-products circulation system. Under the background, this thesis researches the integration and development about the two APWM, which based on ShuiTun and HuiLongGuan markets, to establish the "Jingbei APWM", which bases on the northwest of Beijing, faces North China region and radiates the whole country and wider region.This thesis firstly analyzes the agricultural by-products circulation and wholesale markets of home and abroad, Beijing and Changping, and gets the basic ideas of integration and development of Jingbei APWM by SWOT, ascertains two key tasks for this thesis, i.e. the spatial integration and the channel integration.According to the status quo of ShuiTun and HuiLongGuan, this thesis put forward the basic layout programs of Jingbei APWM. At the same time, on the basis of influence factors and restricting factors related with market entities and market objects, this thesis designs 48 evaluation index including five directions, and makes respectively partial and comprehensive evaluation of the basic layout programs from two stages (2011～2015 and 2016～2020) by Entropy method and Grey Reati-onal Analysis, and forms the spatial layout program proposal for Jingbei APWM.In view of the present situations of agricultural by-products channel in Beijing, this thesis analyzes the connotation and theorem of channel integration for Jingbei APWM, and the principle and ideas, and forms the channel integration program on the basis of Jingbei APWM.Finally, from the logistics and business models, this thesis put forward the concept of integration of trade and logistics, and proposed the future busineess model for Jingbei APWM from the growth theories of denotative and connotative.
