The Research And Realization Of Emergency Relief Supplies Management And Allocation System

China has been one of the most serious countries hit by natural disasters, major disaster has brought great loss to people's life and property as well as social economics and posed a severe test on the emergency relief logistics system. Faced up to the burst and uncertainty of disasters, it is difficult for our existing emergency management system to deal with these emergencies effectively. During the disaster relief, the protection of emergent supplies is the most important item. The management of emergent supplies and distribution level have direct relation to the effective control of kinds of disasters which can avoid tragedy spreading and minimize the loss. Therefore, the research and design of the emergency relief logistics system to improve system capability and logistics level has not only theoretical meaning but also practical value.This thesis gives the analysis of research context on of emergency relief supplies management and allocation system first, also introduce development situation on both domestic and oversea emergency logistics. I go deep into the demand of emergency relief supplies management system. Design the architecture of whole system start off with scalability and maintainability, and then introduce functional planning. I bring up the key problem of emergency relief supplies management System:demand forecast of emergency relief supplies; classification of emergency relief supplies requirement; schedule strategic of emergency supplies and we figure out solutions at last. I design structure of concept and logic of database based on the analysis on system data. I also discuss the system development environment and the implement of algorithm by hybrid programming. Finally, this thesis gives the conclusion and to look into the future works.
