Research And Structure Of Logistics Information System Of Scenic Area

Logistics management in scenic area is an application of modern logistics management theories to scenic area management. which contributes to enhance scenic area management and service level through practicing detail management and expanding tourist logistics market. And it is known informationization as effective means for logistics management. However, it is very possible for logistics business influences scenic area daily management because of its nature of manufacturing profession, causing issues like environmental disruption and obstructing other work.To solve such problems, scenic area logistics management information system has been proposed and constructed. Scenic area logistics management information system is such an integrated system that comes to the greatest benefit by gathering resources from inside and outside supplying trains and making effective control and planning, base on overall situation of scenic area operation, which is in accordance with entirety management and protection to the scenic resources. Therefore, it can raise overall benefit and prevent from conflicts between logistics and scenic area management by integrating and coordinating functions in the logistics system.First of all. logistics management method is researched according to scenic area managers'characters of administrative service division of government and operators of tourist enterprises, basing on studies and application cases of tourist logistics, logistics management in scenic areas. It comes to conclusions that there are three methods of logistics management methods in scenic area, which are business centralized management from the aspect of tourist enterprise manager, logistics basic information management from the aspect of administrative service division, and business and information integrated management.Secondary, according to the conclusion of logistics management method in scenic area and the requirements of expandability, practicability and so on, structure of scenic area logistic information system is researched by analyzing data flows of logistic business in scenic area and modeling E-R models based on business and information integrated management.Finally, logistics information system of Mount Emei is designed according to the real situation as a case study.
