With the development of Chinese economy, the demand for energy, especially for the clean, low carbon and economic green energy-hydroelectric exploitation play an significant role. In most causes, however, most of suitable hydropower projects have already been exploited or been defined to be exploit.With the reduction in available resources, a single item purchase price rises and hydropower projects have been invested by investors from home and oversea, especially in private enterprises.Investing in hydropower projects in recent years has become a trend. The hydropower project's overall control of the acquisition or equity investment to enter the field are being widely used.In this paper, a exploited hydroelectric project has been taken as an analysis object and involved analysis methods and outcomes are meaning for similar investment projects.Thesis is divided into three parts. The first section describes the basic situation of acquisition of enterprises and long-term investment projects, construction background, building area, technical indicators, and evaluation of investment projects in the basic theory and general procedures, and project status of the industry with its purpose to research the acquisition possibilities. The second part describes how to make management risk to make sure acquisition costs are cost-effective by using the project's construction budget, financing methods, capital costs, as well as variety of long-term investment decision theory to evaluate the project and the operational mode of acquisition of the project description.The third part is the conclusions of the paper and its weaknesses.Among them, the paper conducted a survey by using the original data. The collection, analysis of the relevant industry information such as tax policies and other regulations to determine the project price in long-term investment.Use of various financial analysis means such as payback period method, net present value method, net current index and internal rate of return method, financial profitability analysis, breakeven analysis, sensitivity analysis, proposed risk management measures.Theses methods provide an basis for decision making and decision support before investing in projects.
