| The economic evaluation of the electric construction project under the newinvestment system is studied in this thesis. First the old investment system and the newinvestment system are studied contrastively, and the influence to the electric constructionproject is analyzed, then the corresponding countermeasures is put forward. The researchof the economic evaluation target system is studied, and then the improvement commentis given. Aiming at the lacks in the evaluation of implementation enterprises appraise,for dodging the investment risk, this thesis establishes the evaluation system ofimplementation enterprises. In view of insufficiency of the original risk analysis, thefuzzy theory for strengthening risk analysis method is proposed. Because the newinvestment system emphasizes the environmental factor, the environment economicefficiency analysis to the electric construction project is implemented. Finally, this thesiscarries on demonstration through a combined heat and power project. And results provedthat the economic efficiency of the electric power construction project under the newinvestment system can be reflected by the economic evaluation. |
