Dong Guan has the earliest developed IT industry clusters. It derives from carrying on international industry migration, using foreign capital as engine, and embedding the global value chain of IT industry. Nowadays, it becomes the first industry clusters in Dong Guan, what is more, Dong Guan becomes one of the most important place where electronic products produced, and it has been as a key connection of the global electronic industry. Thereby, it can reform and plan new industry domain, formulate new strategies in IT industry, and draw up plans and policies of the IT industry.
