Research On The Land Uasage Of Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomeration Under The Guidance Of Transportion

With the accelerated urbanization process, the more revealing contradictions between the shortage of urban agglomeration land and the sharp increase of transportation construction land, so more and more scholars come to pay special attention to that how to logically distribute the transportation construction based on the limited land resources, and how to establish the thrifty, intensive and sustainable utilization of city land, which should be guided by the efficient operation transport system.From trying to analyze the development model of the urban agglomeration, the theory of land utilization, the basic characteristics of transportation systems and so on, and through building index system of the urban agglomeration's land-utilization evaluation under the guide of the transportation, the research put emphasis on analysing the transportation's effect on the land usage efficiency of the urban agglomeration. And through the introduction of two types of the land usage, public transit-oriented development and urban agglomeration activity corridor's guide, the paper puts forward the organic integrated land usage model of "public transport-corridor".Taking Chang-Zhu-Tan (shorted by CZT) urban agglomeration as the research object, this paper estimates the land usage efficiency which is guided by the transportation and study the transportation network structure and the land usage patterns, which are conducive to promoting the construction of CZT urban agglomeration "two-oriented society", as well as the thrifty, intensive and sustainable utilization of city land resources. Then this paper suggest establishing the transit-corridor among cities, in order to make full use of corridor effect of the transit-corridor, and guide validly a concentrated, reasonable, and optimal layout of outside land and restrain the overspread of the urban agglomeration,strengthening the public transportation construction in inner city, putting forward the thrifty, intensive and high-density development and usage of the land resources under the guidance of the public transportation. On this basis, the paper pointed out the implementing strategies of land usage under the guidance of the transportation, including transportation planning and land usage planning and coordination, the reinforced timely and dynamic monitoring, the innovation of system and mechanism, and so on.
