With the rapid development of China's urbanization,more and more people immigrants into the city,the urban construction land demand will continue to increase,which will lead to a waste of land resources,a loss of agricultural land in the suburbs and other contradictions between people and land.In order to avoid the "urban disease"in the process of urbanization,simulation of urban land use dynamic is of great significance in order to predict the future urban structure and evaluate it.Simulation of urban land use dynamic can qualitatively and quantitatively study the mechanism of land use change(Land Use/Land Cover Change,LUCC)in urban system.The model of urban land use dynamic can simulate the process of urban dynamic expansion effectively and predict the distribution and pattern of urban land in the future.This study through sorting out relevant theoretical research on city and industry integration,the basic characteristics and laws of the expansion of city and industry integration oriented multi-agent city were investigated,the time-space law of the decision-making subjects was analyzed,the behavior rules of the intelligent agent was designed,the conversion conditions between land categories were comprehensively weighed,and the multi-agents simulation model of urban land space expansion and consisting of "industrial parks,the public and city" was built.In order to further improve the accuracy of urban land space growth simulation,the artificial bee colony is used to optimize the simulation of urban land conversion to urban land use.The two methods used in this paper simulate and predict the growth of urban land space in Tianjin during the 2005-2020 years.There are three main point which are studied in this paper.Firstly,through literature review on the integration of urban production and urban land use growth at home and abroad,based on the relationship among industrial parks,cities and the public,a multi agent model for urban land use spatial growth under the guidance of production city integration is established.The model includes spatial attribute layer,social attribute layer and land use spatial entity,the spatial attribute layer is composed of industrial parks,public and city agents,the social attribute layer includes population,economy and government,which influence the decision-making process and decision result of the agent,and calculate the probability of transforming the land use space entity unit into the urban land use.Secondly,location selection depends on the agent on the perception of the surrounding environment,the suitability of different environmental perception of different decision rules,on the location choice of the suitability evaluation index,mainly considering traffic accessibility,agglomeration benefits,environmental carrying capacity and living facilities and other factors.and the use of fuzzy membership to normalize variables function.The model uses subjective weight and objective weight to calculate the subjective and objective choice preference of the agent to traffic accessibility,environmental carrying capacity,and agglomeration benefit degree and life convenience.Finally,according to the theory framework of urban land space growth multi-agent,the dynamic probability model of urban land use spatial growth under the guidance of city industry integration is constructed.The objective function is designed according to the urban development requirements,and use of the artificial bee colony optimization algorithm global convergence is excellent,which to optimize the objective function,and finally through the artificial bee colony optimization algorithm to get all kinds of land into the city land with the number of system optimization.Lastly,the optimization coefficient is used to simulation and prediction the urban land spatial growth situation in Tianjin from 2005 to 2020.In conclusion,the result showed that the model and the artificial bee colony has favorable reliability and simulation effect,which can achieve effective prediction on urban land space expansion within the coming 10 years,relatively accurately reveal the laws of urban land space expansion in Tianjin,provide policy suggestions for the government macro planning and promote the sound development of the city...
