Study On The Pricing Of Listed Company Management Buy-out In Our Country

This text proposes the theme-the pricing question of listed company MBO in our country on the basis of MBO background at first, then has carried on the general assurance to the theoretical foundation and the fixed price question of MBO in domestic and foreign. After that, from the basis of choosing, participant, intermediary, historical contribution of management and purchase way, I analyze domestic and international difference of pricing method of MBO. Afterwards, I analyze the existing questions in pricing of listed company MBO in our country, and point out that the purchasing pricing of listed company MBO of our country is on the low side, the pricing basis lacks scientific.The author believes that, this text has their certain realistic meanings to the research of pricing of listed company MBO in our country. Say from practicability, to the regulation and development problem of the listed company MBO in our country, especially the key problem—the regulation and perfection of pricing question, I have put forward the feasible suggestion. Theoretically speaking, I establish an enterprise value assessment model which suitable for the listed company MBO in our country. So as to make the pricing problem of listed company of our country can be solved more objective and fair. Though there are defects among them, compare to purely using the net assets method it seems more scientific, it is a kind of way to the pricing problem of listed company of our country.
