Lean Production Study On A Institute

Recently,it is the intensify competition at Domestic aerospace products mark.In this case,it is becoming an important way to improve competitiveness that the enterprises to increase productivity, improve product quality, reduce their operating costs. Lean manufacturing is not strange to the path of modernization.The continuous improvement of enterprise efficiency has been an important symbol of sustained competitive enterprise.The implementation of lean enterprise is an important way to improve efficiency.This paper introduced the production and characteristics of lean production,and lean thinking which is the basic theory. From the actual situation of A research institute, this paper analyse the management of research and production,and summary the problems that presenced the production organization, quality management and equipment management. To lean production perspective, this paper summarize the embodiment of LP.which promote the organization, reconfigure organizational structures, optimization of production processes, deepening management, implementation of total productive maintenance, quantity management. this paper presents the research and summary of application,which be devoted to the three typical improve process.Hope this dissertation can bring some hints to other related enterprise.
