The Study On Agricultural Land Circulation During The Process Of Industrialization In China

While China's industrialization has entered the period of rapid development, backwardness of agricultural development still remains. The current production and management of agriculture could not fit the marketization and production of scale any more, and the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers need be solved urgently. Thereby, it's a necessity to increase the allocation efficiency of agricultural land resources, accelerate the circulation of right to agricultural land contracted management, and realize the moderate scale management of agricultural land gradually. In view of these points, the issue of agricultural land circulation is researched is this thesis, under the background of pushing forward the rural reform issued in the third session of the seventeenth central committee of the CPC.First of all, the thesis states the background of agricultural land circulation, namely the process of industrialization of China, then analyses demands of industrialization for modernization of agriculture. Secondly, the thesis investigates practices of agricultural land circulation in current period, analyzing its main forms and problems and listing some typical cases, and then conceives some ideas. Further, based on the former investigation, the thesis studies property rights of agricultural land circulation theoretically with the theory of property of the new institutional economics as a tool, involving agricultural land circulation in the viewpoint of property right, property relations after circulating the agricultural land, construction of objective mode of market for land transferring and studies on subjects of property right. Finally, the thesis gives a prospect and some suggestions on norm of agricultural land circulation for modernized agriculture and cultivation of new-type China's farmers.
