As the gradualy open of our country's banking to the outside world, domestic commercial banks have to survive in a drastic stress of competition. Under the precondition of risk control, how to effectively attract and retain customers becomes a important topic in this new situation. Based on the theory of CRM(Customer Relationship Management) and took Shenzhen Branch, XX Bank as an example, this dissertation studies the subject of CRM in the new circumstance and probes into new solution of problems in CRM under the precondition of risk control, in order to assist commercial banks in improving their essential capability of competition.Firstly this dissertation summarizes the course of development, the range of application and the theory of customer risk identification under CRM, then analyses the actuality, the imperative demand and the problems in the application of CRM in Shenzhen Branch,XX Bank. After the above, based on the acquaintance of CRM theory, the sum-up of problem and prediction of future development, this dissertation brings forward systematic frame, reasonable goal, layout, strategy and scheme of CRM for Shenzhen Branch, XX Bank. As the end, this dissertation analyzes and summarizes the closely related measures for the application of CRM.
