As a developing country,China's economic development and social progress in the dark, so does the real estate market. China's real estate market, from the start to the development, has been by all concerned such as a country, investors, buyers, etc. As the necessities of urban construction, as well as necessities of life, real estate is in advance. Since Long-term, the real estate industry is seen as the pillar industry in the national economy, and the commodity consumption is the important point.It plays an important role in pulling China's economic development, and improving our life.Since 1979, we reformed town housing system, and achieved much by various measures to speed up the construction of houses. But as we are making great achievements in the real estate industry, we also have many problems. In recent years, as the development of commercial real estate, the market prices arias greatly,which caused the attention of governments at all levels, also affects the public from all walks of life, and becomes the hot topic. Housing market is very important in the real estate market, and the price of commodity is one of current issues.Firstly, based on qualitative research methods, to the house of the basic characteristics and the influencing factors, and tries to find that commodity price (referred to as "the price") is the main cause of rising. Many cities have been rising prices of irrational aspects of value. Secondly, there are also many scholars from various aspects are studying it, such as study prices of economics principle, etc. I will analyze from the policy, economic and environmental aspects, such as land policy, tax policy, economic structure and so on. China's housing system is perfecting, but problems also appeared in some aspects, especially in the balance of supply and demand. Just from the Two Sessions we can see the importance to protect the housing price of commodity house, of course, it is still hot topic of discussion.In 2007, from the US subprime mortgage crisis, to expanding domestic demand, the policies of the country speeded up in the infrastructure construction, and real estate market rises everywhere.
