Economic activity is the complex system which is composed with different industries. Each of the industry' growth could make different degrees of chain reaction to the development of other industries that will affects the national economy' overall Coordinated development. In this paper, the writer takes the correlation between real estate and Relevant industries of Xi'an as the research subject, using the knowledge of econometrics to analyses the correlation between real estate and relevant industries of Xi'an, and the reasonable panel date model has been establishment.Above all, taking sixteen industries of industrial classification about economic activity as sample, and based on correlation analysis theory, the writer preliminary analysis the correlation between real estate industry and other industries. This analyse as a foundation for establishing a panel data model later.Secondly, three types of models for panel date are respectively used to analyse the correlation between real estate and relevant industries of Xi'an from 2003 to 2007, while Eviews 6.0 is a tool. And choose the panel date models with variable coefficient by using analysis of covariance. Different types of date be used which include original data, date with auto-regressive, logarithmic date. Finally, fixed-effects panel date models with variable coefficient is coming into being. Empirical analyses indicate the excellent performances in goodness-of-fit (R2), parameters testing (T) and regression test (F) etc.Last, detailed discussion about others effects of real estate have give, such as Social Employment, Human environment and Regional value, and through the actual data and the curve to be demonstrated...
