The Driving Force For Construction Land Of Shaanxi Province-based On Panel Date

From the20th century, many global or regional environmental problems, such as thespread of land desertification, frequently acid rain and ozone hole has gradually emergedbecause of the rapid global economic growth, population expansion and the transformation ofpeople’s life-style. Over the past decade, with the promotion of the International Federation ofSocial Sciences (ISSU), the International Association of Natural Science (ICSU) and otherinternational organizations, researches on global changes have become one of the hottestresearch areas. As the important content of global change researches, study on land usechanges has also attracted widespread attention. Study on the construction land use changes isone of the research hotspots among numerous land-use types. As the development of theindustrialization and urbanization of Shaanxi Province which is the most developed provincein northwest China, the land development and utilization has changed a lot. The demands forconstruction land keep increasing. And the imbalance of land supply and demand has becomeincreasingly prominent. Based on the land description model, this thesis is to analyze thepresent situation, the time-order character and the special difference of land utilization inShaanxi Province. It is to reveal the regularities and trends of the change of Shaanxi Provinceconstruction land use. In terms of different regions, use qualitative and quantitative method toanalyze the driving forces of the construction land use changes in Shaanxi Province. Via thepresent situations of Shaanxi Province construction land use, propose some feasible advice onintensive and economical land use, reasonable configuration of land utilization and thesustainable development of land.At the same time,thesis come up with some targeted proposalfor Shaanxi Province construction land use according to its different characteristics of itsdifferent regions. Finally, provide a scientific basis for sustainable use and management ofconstruction land while achieve the rapid economic growth of Shaanxi Province.Based on research background and meaning, related research both from domestic andabroad,as well as the overview of Shaanxi Province,this thesis analyze the progress of landuse and the characteristics of construction land in shaanxi from2001to2010in deferentaspects respectively. This thesis propose various driving forces which make the constructionland change, such as natural driving force,social economy and land utilization policy driving force. Via factor analysis method, it reveals that urban economic level, urbanization level andindustrial structure are the three principal factors which are selected from various drivingindexes.panel data model analysis method is used to reveal the realationship between threeprincipal factors and construction land in Shaanxi Province.Finally, this study come up with the political suggestion on the path back to rationalgrowth of construction land from the aspect of land use planning, urban economicdevelopment, quality of land, industrial structure optimization in Shaanxi province.Recommendations of rational construction land’s scale and distribution based on thesocio-economic current situation in the three districts of Shaanxi province are also included.
