| Liquid crystal is a basic and critical material which is required for information and communications industry. With China's high technology take-off, it has been listed as a key support and commitment to the development of dual-use high-tech materials. In order to shorten the gap between China and the international level, it has been designated as a comprehensive and strategic functional materials in the development of China's national economy. It is a high-tech industry guide of our country's current priority areas. According to the above situation, I choose the Xi'an hi-tech zone LCD investment projects as the research object and make empirical research with relevant theory. It is armed to provide suggestion and analysis result, as well as recommendations for decision-makers of the project investment.In this paper, I analyses the necessity of project construction and market and summarize the domestic and international market demand for the product. I demonstrate the feasibility of the technical conditions from the engineering programs, environmental protection, industrial hygiene and safety, fire and energy-saving measures, corporate organizational structure and personnel training, etc. Then it gets the conclusions about strong liquidity, profitablity, high levels of anti-risk ability of the project by analyzing the total investment, sales revenue and total cost estimates, as well as the financial evaluation. The completion of the project will further improve the Xi'an hi-tech zone LCD production project structure. It will increase value-added space and have a good meaning to the promotion of local economic development.By a feasibility analysis of this project, I want to provide reference for decision-making for the project and other similar projects. |
