The business goal of an enterprise is to pursue maximum benefit. Cost cutting is one of the ways to achieve that goal, and supply chain management is the core means of cost cutting. BR is a small and medium-sized chemical enterprise, which combine with production and trade. As the technology spread rapidly in the industry, coupled with lacking tech support, BR confronts a large number of peer competitors. How to optimize cost through the supply chain management will become a problem, which should be solved urgently.In this paper, BR's basic situation will be introduced. According to the status quo of supply chain management, we find that the main difficulty lies in information sharing and purchasing decisions. First, by studying on the Internet-based information management system, using its advantages across the business and inventory control, purchasing function, approval function, sales and customer service in order to improve the speed and efficiency of information transmission. Second, by studying the purchasing decisions use the theory of decision tree to the MX procurement, hereby enhancing the accuracy and reliability of BR's procurement decisions. At the same.time, linear programming theory is applied to MX warehousing and transportation, it helps BR to improve supply chain efficiency and cost reduction. In the end, fully exploit the company's third profit source, let BR able to better survive and develop against the backdrop of deepening market competition.
