In recent years, the continuous innovation of the Internet and information technology has made rapid development of e-commerce so that online shopping has become one of the most important shopping ways for most consumers. However, with the online shopping pattern becoming more and more mature, the consumers’ personalized demand is becoming more and more usual, which makes businesses more and more difficult to meet the market demand. To meet the consumers’ personalized demand, businesses must rebuild the supply chain system, improving the supply chain response efficiency and flexibility for low-volume but more-varieties personalized products, which is the research problem of this paper.Firstly, the information of consumers’personalized demand can be described as the quantitative description. If there is a continuous attribute data, then discretization of continuous attribute data will be implemented by K-means clustering algorithm; on this basis, the use of decision tree classification algorithm to build decision tree forms if-then classification rules and the mapping relationship between what kinds of customers and what kinds of personalized products. The use of regression analysis algorithm can help us get the prediction number results of customers buying personalized products. And the online shopping consumers’personalized demand forecasting model will be implemented. Secondly, according to the results of the forecast model, combined with the characteristics of online shopping consumers’ personalized demand, we can rebulid the supply chain model by using 0-1 mixed integer programming theory. The objective of the model is to minimize the cost of the whole supply chain of the core enterprise, and the whole supply chain can respond to the personalized demand of consumers. Finally, this paper also gives the algorithm process of solving the supply chain model, giving the concrete core code in the form of appendix, which makes the model feasible and scientific.On the basis of research above, the paper designs a concrete example and gives the concrete process of the use of supply chain model based on online shopping consumers’personalized demand for solving the actual problem of enterprise D. And it delivers the optimal target value of the example, supply chain node selection and distribution of raw materials, spare parts or products of nodes, which makes the model have certain practical value.
