Study On The Financing Strategy Of Technology-Based Venture Enterprises

In recent two decades, the economy of those western countries has grown rapidly based on their high technology. The technology-based venture enterprises played an important role in this period. In the mean while, our country's technology lagged behind. One of the reasons is that our technology-based venture enterprises developed slowly for their lack of access to finance.In fact, the financing problems of technology-based venture enterprises are worldwide. By studying the credit financing strategy used by Japanese companies under indirect financing system, and the venture capital financing or stock financing strategies used by American companies under direct financing system, the author analyzes the financing problems of technology-based venture enterprises under our country's financing system. Afterwards, the thesis took Qiqiang Chemical Corp., Jilin Province as a model, in accordance with China's material condition, from the standpoint of setting up and intensifying technology-based venture enterprises, designed several financing means for the enterprise, including self-raising funds, capital financing and bank loans. Because the enterprise is a medium or a small one, has its own aim in development, the detailed analysis eventually comes to such a conclusion:financing through bank loans. On the other hand, the thesis illustrates the factors influencing corporate financing from the enterprise itself, policy orientation and macro-economy, etc, thus puts forwards new considerations for the enterprise and even the whole trade.Finding real solutions to the financing problems of technology-based venture enterprises is the only way to achieve a harmonious economic situation for the enterprise, the trade and even the whole nation. As No.1 productive force, science and technology leads the development direction of productivity, and will push and create new core industries. Currently, we are in the stage of technological upgrading, economic restructuring and transforming the economic growth mode:therefore, we must try to enhance our capability of independent innovation and readjust industrial structure, thus to improve the competitiveness of the nation.
