Study On Allocation Of Risk In ERP Project Based On Risk Control

ERP system as a typical representative in the process of enterprise information construction, the issue of high-risk in its implementation has received extensive attention. In the trend of division of software purchases and consulting services has gradual clear in implementation of ERP project, the importance of Risk allocation as a means of controlling risk is increasingly evident. From the perspective of risk allocation in this paper, For the purpose of control the risk effectively in ERP project. Research and analysis the subject and object of risk allocation in ERP project, then the risk-sharing assessment model of ERP project is built, and risk-sharing mechanisms is designed at the basis of the model, to implement and promote the risk management of ERP project, and improve the initiative and enthusiasm of risk controlling of all partners in implementation of ERP project.First, On the basis of analysing theoretical research situation and risk management theories in, analysed the major partners in implementation of ERP project and their characteristics, specifically the object of study which is the subject of risk allocation; on the other hand, on the basis of the preliminary study, the statistical analysis is used to analyse the key risks of ERP project implementation which is the object of study.Second, theoretical model of risk-sharing factors is proposed in ERP project, then by questionnaires for data collection, collation,, and through empirical analysis the factors in theoretical model to get key factors affecting risk-sharing, build risk-sharing assessment model index system, and establish risk-sharing hierarchy model of the ERP project implementation, the triangular fuzzy number is introduced in Solving the hierarchy model solution process, and then validate the effectiveness of the model by a assessing case.Finally, based on the risk-sharing assessment model proposed in the study, analyse content of risk-sharing mechanisms in ERP project which combined with the characteristics of ERP projects, design the corresponding risk allocation system from the perspective of incentives and constraints, and propose the implementation measures of risk allocation system from the the angle of the contract, which will institutionalize the results of risk allocation and ensure the effectiveness of its implementation...
