Research On The Evaluation And Optimization Of Shaanxi's Industry Structure Under The Circulation Economy

With the rapid economic development and continued population growth, present the resource supply and carrying capacity of Shaanxi Province have been unable to meet the traditional mode of economic development. Thus, the development of circular economy and adjustment of the industrial structure, taking the road of sustainable development under circular economy is the inevitable choice about the economic development of Shaanxi Province. In this context, the article is combined with the actual situation in Shaanxi Province, Shaanxi structure through in-depth analysis and study put forward the optimization of industrial structure adjustment of Shaanxi response。Firstly based on the researches of the circular economy and the regional industrial structure, the conception of the optimization of regional industrial structure based on the circular economy is put forward. In this paper, the optimal ratio models of industry structure are built up by using input-output analysis methodology. To take Shaanxi province as an example, by using the input-output table and relevant data of Shaanxi province in year 2002, obtained the optimal ratio of industry structure of Shaanxi province by comparative analyzing the economic bias type, controlling environmental pollution type, controlling the close value for nature resources utilization under three different objective industries. In order to achieve the development of circulation economy in Shaanxi, It's required to develop competitive rational industry structures in complex industry system. Through the deep analysis and investigation to the Shaanxi industry structure, proposed the optimized strategies to the Shaanxi industry structure, to implement the sustainable development under the circulation economy in Shaanxi Province.
