Study Of Modern Agricultural Park Planning

Modern Agricultural Park is emerged as a new agricultural model in Chinese agricultural modernization since the 90-20th century, it has a pivotal role to the development of agriculture. At present, the domestic modern agricultural park is building in full swing, but the real success cases are not many, the reason is known, reasonable, innovative, etc. in preliminary plan have a significant impact to the park's operation, in this kinds of case, the study of planning and design to modern agricultural park has important practical significance, it can be referenced for agricultural research in future, and also can provide a new planning ideas and approaches for park planning and construction.This article summarizes the previous research in the agricultural zone, for example, functions, type, planning construction, and so on. The content mainly includes three aspects: (1) Location choice and influencing factors. The paper analyzes the elements of the park's location on the basis of the followings, which contain site conditions, economic conditions, technological conditions and human conditions; (2) The industrial planning. Based on the growth-pole theory, systematse engineering theory, theory of technical innovation and technological change, sustainable development theory, and theory of innovation center, Investigate the main content of the industrial planning, including: leading industry planning, competitive industries planning, ancillary industry planning, investment budget and source of funds, benefit analysis and risk assessment, organizational management, operation mechanism and safeguard measures; (3) Landscape System Planning. Guided by landscape studies, after the industrial structure and distribution defined, the landscape system planning ,which is composed of the spatial layout planning, ecological structure planning, image planning, infrastructure planning, mainly explores how to put the dominant ideology into effec, in order to meet various functions of the park, optimizing park environment and creating park brand.After the completion of park planning and design theory in the study,in order to verify the rationality and scientifity of planning theory, the paper take the Yanling Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park for example, and further amends and improves the content of the theory, try to find a successful road of the construction of modern agricultural zone.
