Study Of Construction, Development And Planning Investigation On Modern Agricultural Park

Modern agricultural park is the consequent product when agricultural productivity developed to a certain extend Also, in our country, it is the new agriculture patterns transforming form traditional to modern replacement, and the innovation carrier of various organization and management patterns of modern agricultural industrialization. Long-term and stable development is inseparable from scientific planning and reasonable layout of modern agricultural park. Therefore, modern agricultural park planning research has an important role in guiding and far-reaching impact on the promotion of regional development of modern agriculture.This paper, through literature analysis, field research and case study, summarizes the development history of modern agriculture park in our country and particularly proposes some problems about park arrangements for construction and development existing in east Hebei area, trying to explore the main contents and related theories of park development programming. Key outcomes are as follow:1. This paper analyzes the rising background and development state of modern agriculture park, and sums up with the latest research and development of modern agriculture park at home and abroad, and concludes main functions and characteristics of modern agriculture parks. Moreover, it also classifies the parks by basing on six aspects.2. Taking five representative parks in east Hebei area as the studying cases, this paper compares these park’s locations, functions, industries and planning theories and puts forward some rationalization proposals toward construction problems, especially the lack of overall planning.3. Basing on the planning theory of modern agriculture parks and associating with real cases, paper proposes that the arrangement of a modern agriculture park should at least consist of eight aspects, which include background analysis, situation analysis, construction aims, development orientations, sectorizations, landscape planning, infrastructure planning, benefit analysis and organization ensurance.4. Taking Leting county in Tangshan city as a typical case of modern agriculture parks, through examing which with the eight aspects described above, this paper finally establishs and perfects the planning theory and contents of park planning.
